Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to residents of Ontario, aged 18 and over. Employees of Creative Concepts Landscapes and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Each email address can only be used once.


2. Entry Methods:
   • Fill out the form on the ballot page to receive your first ballot.
   • Like the designated Instagram post to receive an additional ballot.
   • Comment on the Instagram post to receive another ballot.
   • Share your unique link or QR code with others. You will receive this in an email after submitting your ballot. For every valid entry through your link, you will receive one additional ballot.
   
   
3. Unique Link and QR Code: Participants will receive a unique link and QR code upon their first entry. Any subsequent entries made through these will count towards additional ballots for the original participant.


4. Prize: One winner will receive 50% off a Landscaping Design Package from Creative Concepts Landscapes, up to a maximum value of $750.


5. Contest Period: The contest begins on September 1, 2024, and ends on September 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.


6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible ballots and will be notified by email.


7. Prize Claim: The winner must recognize their prize by responding to the email within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and a new winner will be selected. The resulting design must be completed by April 1st, 2025.


8. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.


9. Privacy: By entering the contest, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding the prize.


10. Disqualification: Creative Concepts Landscapes reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the terms and conditions.


11. Modification and Termination: Creative Concepts Landscapes reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.


12. Liability: Creative Concepts Landscapes is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other errors that may occur during the contest period.
